On the 2003-2024 Toyota 4Runner the low beams will stay on but the fog lights will automatically shut off on the high beams. Choose from 2 different options to control your lights the way you want. See options below.

  • Option 1: The Brite Box Fogster - will automatically turn fog lights on when the high beams are activated

The Brite Box Fogster model is FULLY AUTOMATIC with no additional switches or controls to operate, but use your existing factory high beam switch to activate the effect.

  • Option 2: The Brite Box Anytime - gives you full control of your fog lights. This kit will allow you to turn your fog lights on in any light setting such as no headlights, daytime running lights, and high beams.

The Brite Box Anytime REQUIRES A SWITCH to turn your fog lights on at any time. When purchasing The Brite Box Anytime, it will include a Universal Switch (with a Blue LED).

You want the ultimate light on any dark dusty old trail. Buy this small easy mod and you can do just that! This mod took max 45 mins and now I have full control of my fogs! With my high beams on, cali raised ditch lights and fogs on. I’m never going anywhere without seeing everything!

Makes Using the Fog Lights Better

I bought the anytime version. It's a pretty easy install after watching some videos. You can hook this up to a switch panel, just look at the companie's website. It will take up two slots, which I didn't have available. I fed the wire through the firewall. It comes with a janky switch but you can call the company and ask for an OEM style switch for about $18. The module box is rather large in the engine bay but shouldn't be a problem. I would recommend.

Kinda broken

This thing is sweet for using the fog lights and even got the OEM switch. Only problem was when testing it out I plugged it into the fog light just like I'm supposed to and then when I went to unplug it the tab just snapped right off first attempt. There was literally nothing I could do. I didn't complain cause I couldn't get it back out even trying to depress it with a tool. So I just left it and figure I shouldn't need to mess with it for a long time if ever. Everything else mounted up great and the wires are all wrapped with the little housing holding the rerllay and all that (that you are not supposed to mess with). Another funny thing was they gave you two screws to mount this thing and one screw hole is inaccessible but I didn't need that one anyway. Mounted directly to the sidewall with the single screw and sticky pad. So not bad overall.
