Amazing Upgrade!!

The factory sound system is just terrible!! From the outdated head unit to the underperforming speakers. I decided to rip out ALL the stock stereo equipment and replaced everything. I upgraded the speakers to Memphis MClass coaxials and replaced the head unit with a Pioneer WT8600NEX. The icing on the cake was the OEM Audio Plus 500. The amp really powers the 8inch sub and also provides great power to the speakers. It provides just the right amount of bass and makes the sound clarity sound amazing! It’s a night and day improvement over the factory stuff. I decided to sound proof all the door panels which really took the speakers and sub to another level. The OEM system is a little pricey but it’s definitely very high quality and the sub enclosure fits perfect and looks stock! Great investment if ur into sound quality and u wanna upgrade that terrible stock system!!

Awesome upgrade!

I had this installed a couple years ago but finally decided to write a review. I opted for the 500 series OEM amp and single 10inch subwoofer set up. I purchased my own replacement speakers. I paired it with a set of Memphis M class components in the front and Memphis M class coaxials in the back. I also replaced the factory head unit with a Pioneer WT8600 NEX. All wired together using a Maestro Rr2 datalink kit. Lastly I dynamatted all 4 door panels to keep out the road noise. Needless to say, my overall sound system is night and day compared to stock. It also blows away the upgraded JBL system. The OEM series amp/sub system was the icing on the cake and provided a huge improvement in bass. The enclosure is top notch quality and looks stock sitting in the back hatch. The amp hooks up perfectly under the passenger seat and the folks at OEM Plus tune the amp to perfection! This whole set up was pretty pricey but the sound quality is exceptional!! Lots of bass but you can actually hear the music. Definitely recommend if you’re a sound quality enthusiast.
