Morimoto XB Headlight Harness

Required product for 2024 4R TRD OR

If you have a 2024 TRD OR with stock halogen headlights and upgrade to the Morimoto XB LED headlights, you will need this product. After having no harness, to being sent the wrong one, then finally getting this one, I got my new lights installed and everything works. It’s simple to install, three connectors from new lights to truck, the other two connect not using the harness. Once done everything works as it should. DRL’s stay on full time, just like raptor lights, and you can’t turn them off using the switch on turn signal lever (which really isn’t a big deal since you want them on anyway). Also , the lights really make the truck look sharp. Thanks 4RL for all the assistance and sending the proper harness!

Morimoto lights

The lights are very nice but the install was difficult due to lack of instructions. The You tube videos are outdated and does not address the newer 2024 models. Mine was the 2024 off road premium. High beams would fry my 20amp fuse every time I turned it on. Called 4runner lifestyle and they sent me a harness adapter. The harness didn't work. Morimoto steps in and informs me that I shouldnt of attached all the original harness attachments. One of the attachments should be unplugged. {Where was that instruction in the video?} We'll it ended up working thankfully... But the troubleshooting was painful... Took over a few weeks to get it figured out. Long story short... Morimoto needs to give better instructions on installation.
