I ordered 2 of the Prinsu 47" Crossbars back in the early-mid December 2024 and when they arrived the box they were package in was too small for the length of the bars. This caused the bars to poke out during shipping and as a result, the associated hardware to mount the 2 crossbars was missing. Lucky the bars were still there. No damage to the end of the 2 bars was observed. It is now early January 2025 and still no replacement hardware. Kylee at 4Runner Lifestyle has been keeping me informed on the progress of getting the replacement hardware.
I've bought 2 additional bars now to add stability/more mounting flexibility. The bars come with the drop-in slots on either side, too
Exactly what I was expecting and can confirm the crossbars include the drop-in carriage bolt slots that aren't pictured in website's photo
