Packaging defective

My biggest complaint is with the packaging. When you open the product the cover for the tape comes off with it, causing install to be more difficult. Be aware that your windows may not roll up automatically at first (if it has the safety feature that causes them to roll back down when an obstruction is detected). Make sure to leave your windows rolled up for a few days to correct it.

Vent Visors

Standard vent visors. None of the local places had these for 5th Gen. Compareable prices to other online places

Standard AVS

These are the same brand and type you can get from AutoZone, pep boys, or any other auto shop. The price was cheaper than buying it locally. Installation is a no brainer. 5 Stars cause the price was cheaper than anything in my local area.

Good product

The install was easy. However, it was hard to take out of the packaging without it taking off the red liner on the tape. Also, the sticker tape on parts of the visor was lower than how high the visor went into the slot.

Avs needs to rethink the way they package this product, I’ve gotten this twice now, and both times the shrink wrap they use made it impossible to unpackage without ripping the red tape/double sided tape off the package, this would be easily fixed with a rigid plastic packaging
